These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winbox with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. winbox reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Section 2To open and maintain a winbox account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
winbox reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Section 3Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) winbox account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. winbox shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
winbox will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to keep your credentials secure.
Section 4All transactions on the winbox Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). winbox supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. winbox may add or remove supported payment methods at its sole discretion with prior notice where practicable.
Deposits are generally credited to your account in real time, subject to payment processor timelines.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. winbox reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take between 1–5 business days to process depending on the payment method selected.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered under your verified name. winbox does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to circumvent this rule may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
winbox is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Such charges are entirely your responsibility.
Section 5From time to time, winbox may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to new and existing users. All Promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all Promotions:
winbox's decision regarding the eligibility of any user for a Promotion, and the awarding or forfeiture of bonus funds, shall be final and binding.
Section 6All bets and wagers placed on the winbox Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical, including Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Fishing Games, and Cricket Betting. These product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
winbox uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The results of all games and events are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or settlement, winbox's records shall be considered the authoritative source.
winbox reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, bets accepted after an event has concluded, or bets that contravene the applicable product rules. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
Section 7Users of the winbox Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Where winbox has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user has engaged in any prohibited activity, winbox may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Section 8All content on the winbox Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of winbox or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of winbox.
Section 9To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbox, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of goodwill.
winbox does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. winbox will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
In no event shall winbox's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12winbox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winbox will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' prior notice by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Section 13These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. winbox operates on an international basis and complies with the applicable regulations of each jurisdiction in which it offers services to users.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
